Return Policy

EXCHANGE

We understand that sometimes certain¬†styles¬†don't fit our body types as well as we'd expected. If you would like to¬†return a product to exchange for another size,¬†please drop an email to¬†info@wustler.co¬†to¬†request for exchange.ÔĽŅ¬†

All exchange requests must be made within 7 days from date of delivery, while fulfilling these conditions:

  • We allow¬†14 business days from date¬†of exchange request¬†(for all orders)¬†for items to be returned back to us.
  • Exchanges are only available on items of the same style but different size.¬†Should your¬†preferred size be unavailable, exchanges are available on other styles, subject to availability. Any¬†discrepancies¬†in prices will either be refunded by¬†Wustler¬†or¬†paid for by the customer.¬†
  • Items must be in their original¬†condition - unworn, unwashed, with all strings and tags attached.
  • Personalised items are not available for exchange.
  • Items purchased on sale or using a promotional code do not qualify for exchange.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility¬†of the customer and¬†are non-refundable.¬†Please choose¬†a registered shipping option as lost¬†parcels are not eligible for an exchange.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed.¬†

 

REFUND

We¬†understand that in certain situations a refund may be preferred. Please drop an email to¬†ÔĽŅinfo@wustler.co¬†to¬†request for¬†refund where relevant.

All refund requests must be made within 7 days from date of delivery, while fulfilling these conditions:

  • We allow¬†14¬†business days from date of delivery (for all orders)¬†for items to be returned back to¬†us.
  • Items must be in their original¬†condition - unworn, unwashed, with all strings and tags attached.
  • Personalised items are not available for refund.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility¬†of the customer and¬†are non-refundable.¬†Please choose a registered shipping option as lost¬†parcels are not eligible for a refund.
  • Exchange items, items purchased on sale or using a promotional code do not qualify for refunds.¬†
  • In case of faulty items, we will happily supply you a refund or a replacement item and cover the cost of return shipping. However, we will review¬†and determine whether the cause of fault is¬†the responsibility of¬†Wustler once we have received the returned items.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your¬†refund to be processed.

 

We retain the right to reject an exchange or refund request should any of these conditions be faulted.

All exchanges and refunds must be requested by the purchaser and the issued order number must be provided.
