  • Premium Express Shipping to Indonesia (via TNT Express) is at IDR 240,000(MYR70) for each order.
  • Premium Express Shipping: 3-4 Business Days delivery (on top of personalisation process time frame of 2-3 Business Days).
  • Standard Shipping to Indonesia (via Janio Asia) is at IDR 120,000(MYR35) for each order.
  • Standard Shipping: 7-8 Business Days delivery (on top of personalisation process time frame of 2-3 Business Days)

  • For deliveries to Indonesia, please kindly provide your National Identity Card Number at the checkout note section or email it to us at info@wustler.co, as it is strictly required by the Indonesian customs for successful deliveries.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

You may be charged for duties and taxes which may be imposed by the customs and duty offices in the receiving country. Any duties and taxes charged on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person/company receiving the parcel. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices, proof of payment or identity card number to facilitate customs clearance.

We do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. Wustler has no control over these charges and are unable to advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit. 

 

SHIPPING FAQs

1) How long does it take for my order to ship?

*Please note that due to certain restrictions from some countries and shipping providers due to COVID-19, we are experiencing longer shipping and delivery times than usual. 

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO or DPO). All delivery time frame stated upon checkout is without the lead time required for our personalisation process, which adds on an additional 2-3 Business Days for personalised orders. 

You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. Please provide an accurate email address and mobile number to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and can vary depending on the part of the world you are in. Note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.

2) Can I edit my shipping address?

If you wish to edit your shipping address, kindly email us here as soon as your order has been placed, and we will try out best to make the necessary amendments.

3) What happens if my parcel fails to be delivered or picked up on time?

As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to us due to attempted deliveries, incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.

Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number is accurate.
